Notification: Disabled status


The client is in a disabled status. This can have one of the following reasons:

  • The client doesn’t have a proper license installed.
  • The client has hit one of the limitations in the free version.
  • The client is being used on too many devices.
  • The cloud space has been exceeded.


  • Check your memory space for FAUbox on the web portal. Check your Account for that. If you don’t have enough space left, try to delete some older file versions. To do that:
  1. Log into the web interface with your FAUbox-account.
  2.  Click on one of your folders.
  3.  Click on the settings symbol in the top right corner.
  4.  Choose the delete online option, next to “File History”.
  5. Repeat this with all of your folders to clear more cloud space.
