Problem: Client crashes with an OutOfMemory error

 

Problem:

The client crashes with an OutOfMemory error. This indicates that you have exceeded your storage capacity and that the client is currently managing an amount of data that occupies more storage space than provided by the FAUbox.

 

Solution:

Reduce the amount of occupied storage space by deleting folders and files you no longer need or by emptying your file archive (File Archive Configuration). Otherwise, you have to consider expanding your FAUbox quota (storage capacity expansion).
