Folders of retired persons will be deactivated
Folders of persons, who have no affiliation to FAU or didn’t login for more than 13 month will be deactivated. Invitees won’t have any access, too. Please take care that you transfer the ownership of still needed folders to others. See https://www.doku.faubox.rrze.fau.eu/2023/11/28/transferring-folders-to-other-users/. After retirement of the owner will it be impossible to transfer any data without approval by the owner and only for a short time with an approval of the owner.
