Due to the downtime of the FAUbox today (17.5.2019), it is possible that the FAUbox server rejects the authentication token. If this is the case and the client doesn’t realize what is happening, it won’t be able to connect successfully anymore. Please try the following instructions then:
- Stop the client
- Delete the file
- Windows: %appdata%\FAUbox\PowerFolder.config
- Linux/Mac: ~/.FAUbox/PowerFolder.config (Don’t forget the period in the path, please)
- Restart the client
- Log in
Since the problems couldn’t be completely solved yet, it may be possible that the FAUbox will be fully working after a few hours, maybe tomorrow. We are trying our best to solve the issue as quickly as possible.
